  The Pharmacy staff were incredibly helpful, especially Denisse. I am from the east coast and needed to pick up a prescription here on vacation. They quickly dealt with my pharmacy at home and filled my prescription the same day. They even called me to tell me it's ready! I highly recommend using this pharmacy.

  The customer service at this Walgreens store is inferior to the one at Rose Ranch - 1801 N. Rose Ave., Oxnard, CA. The problem is the staff at this store. When I walk inside, the employees seem really unhappy. And when I deal with the manager and staff, I feel like I'm treated like an object -- not a human being. Really rude staff at the Vineyard Ave store. Avoid the store on Vineyard Ave. Go to the Rose Ranch store. The prices are the same - why shop somewhere will you are treated rudely and served with ice? Management and the staff just don't get it - good customer service brings in the bucks.
