    I stopped in here to get a pair of flip flops. The strap on the pair I was currently wearing had broken, and it was time for a new pair. I found a pair I really liked in brown and bought them. I really wanted them in black, but the selection was poor, and they didn't have my size. I decided to also order the black pair since they offer free shipping to your house. The cashier placed the order and charged my card. He then printed a receipt and asked if it was right. He had ordered the wrong size. I told him it was wrong, and he said he couldn't change it without calling costumer service. He tried to call and couldn't get through. He then sent an email to customer service and said it would be fine. Days later, I got an email saying the order was shipped. It was still the wrong size! I emailed back and told them the situation. They emailed back and said it was too late. I would need to get the package and then return it. After returning it, I could re-order. I emailed back and said that was not acceptable. They told me to call costumer service. I tried, but couldn't get through. I then emailed back and said I am not driving the 40 minutes to the store, just cancel the order. The response was that it was too late and to call customer service. I didn't try again, but I eventually got an email that the order was canceled. A week later, I checked my debit card statement and hadn't received a refund. I decided to continue to wait. About a week later I received a gift card in the mail. It had a letter attached that said, "Thank you for your gift return". They had placed, charged, and canceled the order. But, they would give me back my money. I tried several times to call customer service, but once again I couldn't get through. It was busy a lot, then placed me on hold. After 20 minuets on hold, it hung up. This place is horrible.
