  If I could give no stars, I would! I purchased a sectional back in September of 2017... special ordered the size we needed, fabric choice etc. We explained when purchasing we were having a home built and when the home was complete we would like to pick up at that point. We had been assured that would not be an issue that the sectional would take several weeks and the timing would work fine. When the sectional came in we were hounded EVERY day to come pick up after we had made arrangements to pick up within a time frame of two- three weeks (The sectional was paid in full BTW) because of the calls we ended up picking it up before our new house was finished and had to store it and then move it AGAIN. Upon getting it to our new home and setting it up something seemed off and several times my husband said it wasn't what we ordered. We finally pulled out our purchase order looked at the measurements and then measured the sectional. The sectional was NOT the size we ordered, nor the shape we ordered. We contacted the store, we were asked to send pictures and video of the sectional and that "they would make it right". It's now been 3 weeks and no response from ANYONE! We have spoke with managers who promise to get back to us, of course nothing. SHOP ELSEWHERE unless you are looking to be scammed, ignored, given empty promises and not get what you ordered!!
