  First off, I've already had professionals look at many of the things I've brought so I knew what was what and the ways to find out if these things were valuable and what things were just show. The blonde female with the loud unfriendly dog was the person that helped me. The note on the door said they will be in by 2pm so me arriving at 230 and waiting for 30 minutes for someone to arrive was unprofessional. She did not apologize for not being there on time and was unfriendly. Made me feel like I was interrupting her day by bringing my business there. She was helping the woman that was waiting for an hour outside while I uncomfortably attempted to sit on one of the couches I assumed was for customers while her little dog was on the other larger couch with blankets across it barking non-stop at me. I couldn't look at the items in the cases let alone move or relax without it growling and barking at me. This didn't seem to bother the employee. When it was my turn she went through my items quickly once in awhile actually testing a piece. Her trainee seemed to be more caring and thorough than her and he was extremely personable polite. I'm sorry that I do not remember this italian mans name but he is the only reason that this visit wasn't absolutely dreadful. This woman did not test or glance and many items. Skipping a 1.6 oz solid sterling silver bangle. She did not test it Nor look at it. A 5.08 gram white gold bracelet. Again, did not even notice it in the another handful of jewelry she automatically decided wasn't worth anything even though she did not look, magetize, or test any of the items. She missed a small gold ring, gold chain, and a few silver items. Again, I already had these items looked at. She was very fast through this. For the items She chose to be valuable she DID give a good price for. But I had to wait Longer because she had to run to bank to get the cash to pay me. I'm not even joking! The only time This woman gave a slight smile or her voice seemed friendly was when I was leaving she she encouraged me to write a review. I found the man being trained to be a much needed positive additive to there bussiness. I have also been told by past customers that the better and more experienced and knowledgeable person there is the male employee. He is the one you want helping you if you ever go there and I will happily come back when he is there or the Italian man is no longer in training.
